The price of your Spray-Net revamp is determined by several factors, including the accessibility of the surfaces we’ll be painting. Hard-to-reach areas, the number of stories of your home, flat or jagged terrain, are all considerations that can affect our prices.
Preparation
Specific surface prep, such as pressure washing siding, brick, stucco or aggregate and the time it takes to mask and protect the surrounding areas of your home that we’re not painting, are all factored-in when estimating your project.
Square Footage
When we’re painting siding, brick, stucco & aggregate or engineered wood, the square footage is a variable that we use to calculate the paint and product cost, as well as the time required to coat the surfaces we’ll be revamping.
Surface Type
At Spray-Net we pride ourselves on offering coatings that are totally customized to the surface that we’ll be painting. Our product costs vary per surface type, as does the volume of paint required to coat the specific area.
Caulking & Colors
We have a wide variety of timeless and modern colors to choose from. That being said, if you have a specific color in mind for your revamp, our paint specialists can develop your custom color at an additional cost starting at only $250. The color and state of caulking is also taken into consideration for our pricing. To ensure a fresh and seamless look, we may remove and replace your current caulking. Our Spray-Net consultants will evaluate this during your consultation.

How much does your service cost per square foot?
