Rules & Regulations of the 2025 Fall Giveaway Contest (the “Rules”)
PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The “2025 Fall Giveaway” (this “Contest”) is sponsored by Spray-Net Inc. (“Spray-Net”), 1490 rue de Coulomb, Bouchervillle, Quebec, J4B 7M2.
This Contest begins on October 1, 2025 at 5:00 PM (ET) and ends on October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM (ET).
ELIGIBILITY
This Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States where Spray-Net has an active franchise location/owner-operator. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of the same household of Spray-Net, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible.
The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Rules.
PRIZE
There will be one (1) grand prize awarded at the end of the Contest period.
The prize consists of a Spray-Net kitchen cabinet makeover valued at up to five thousand U.S. dollars ($5,000 USD). Eligible services must be for a kitchen cabinet project that has not been previously painted and for which Spray-Net can provide a guarantee.
If the project cost is less than $5,000, the winner will not receive the difference in funds.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at Spray-Net’s discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Contest, the applicant must:

Book a free at-home consultation for a Spray-Net kitchen cabinet makeover before the contest deadline of October 31, 2025
Complete the consultation and receive a project quote
Entries that do not meet all conditions will be disqualified.
WINNER SELECTION
One grand prize winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries that include a booked and completed consultation during the Contest period (October 1 – October 31, 2025).
The drawing will take place on or about November 15, 2025 at Spray-Net’s U.S. headquarters, in the presence of a witness.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
The selected winner will be notified by email within one (1) week of the drawing.
If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) business days, or fails to meet all eligibility requirements, another winner may be selected at Spray-Net’s discretion.
The winner must also correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance, within a limited time, as permitted by U.S. contest law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
No correspondence will be entered into except with the winner.
Spray-Net assumes no responsibility for technical issues, including website outages, computer errors, or misdirected entries.
If the Contest cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, tampering, technical failures, or causes beyond Spray-Net’s control, Spray-Net reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release Spray-Net, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation or prize use.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
PUBLICITY & PRIVACY
By entering, participants grant Spray-Net the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content (including photos or videos) for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely to administer the Contest and in accordance with Spray-Net’s Privacy Policy, available at www.spraynet.com.
FINAL REQUIREMENTS
The selected winner must sign a declaration of eligibility, release of liability, and publicity release form within five (5) business days of notification in order to claim the prize.
Failure to comply with these requirements will result in disqualification, and another winner will be selected.
