Chris is a proud Colorado native, raised in Littleton, with a family legacy of doing business in the Centennial State for three generations. For over 20 years, he has been adding value to real estate as an investor, lender, syndicator, and private equity manager. In recent years, Chris expanded his focus beyond real estate investments to include real estate–adjacent businesses, applying his deep expertise to help clients succeed. Known for his “boots on the ground” approach, he offers actionable advice and strategic game plans that get results. Backed by a proven track record and extensive network, Chris helps clients and business partners maximize the value, beauty, and profitability of their properties.
Peter grew up in western Colorado and moved to the Front Range to attend CU Boulder. Today, he lives in Parker with his wife and son, proud to be a local business owner and active part of the community. He founded Spray-Net Douglas County with a simple mission: to give homeowners a better experience based on quality, accountability, and clear communication. Built on his many years of shaping successful teams, Peter leads a Spray-Net crew that takes genuine pride in their work. For them, it’s not just about painting houses — it’s about earning trust, delivering results that last, and being the kind of company you’d recommend to a neighbor.
