A day in the life of a Spray-Net Team Lead:
A Spray-Net Team Leader is head of a crew (or several crews) of painters and manages all aspects of on-site project production. More specifically, this role includes:
• Coordinating and executing painting jobs as per the contract for each project;
• Ensuring quality assurance on all job sites;
• Making sure customers are happy with their experience by properly managing your teams and when need be, getting your hands dirty with them.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements for the well-being of employees and customers while on the job site;
• Maintaining inventory of equipment and ensuring that the proper equipment and products are being used on the job;
• Assist with paint pickups and make sure all trucks and trailers are kept organized and tidy.
• Coordinating and ensure all spray guns and other paint equipment are properly cleaned and returned for use (if not cleaned on jobsite);
• Maintaining a close relationship with Sales and Distribution for insight on colour selection, paint fulfillment, etc.
• Providing accurate and timely communications to the Regional Direction to ensure all activities are being executed as planned, no surprises.
• Driving team members from pick-up location (our head office) to the job site when necessary.

• Proven leadership abilities and passion for leading a team;
• Strong understanding of customer service;
• An entrepreneurial spirit and the willingness to roll up your sleeve to get things done; and
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
